I have been interested in the behaviors and choices that people make for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Northcentral Pennsylvania and moved back to the area after many years of graduate training. Aside from being a clinical psychologist, I am also a real person, and I attempt to live the principles that I teach and share with others. Like everyone else, this keeps me on a continuous journey of growth and evolution that I enjoy sharing with clients as well. I am a busy mom of two little ones, as well as a wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Engaging in regular self-compassion, healthful eating, exercise, socialization, and gratitude practices helps to keep me balanced, and I ascribe to these principles both inside and outside of my workspace.

Appointment Types and Pricing
I accept clients residing anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania and currently conduct telemedicine appointments. I will be conducting in-person appointments in Hughesville, PA, within the next few months.
Free consultation: I offer a free 15 minute consultation to determine whether the services offered at Elm will be a good fit for your current needs.
Rates:
Initial evaluation (60 minutes): $175
Follow up session (55 minutes): $145
*All payments are due prior to session beginning
Insurance:
I am currently an in-network provider for Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, UPMC, and Geisinger. If you have any other insurance, your insurance company may reimburse for some of the costs of services, and you can be provided with an invoice to submit to your insurance company to pursue this reimbursement. It is always advisable to contact your insurance company directly to learn more about your out-of-network behavioral health care coverage.
